Sometimes, the intraday trades movement can be so fast that one may missed out a pattern developing.

In this case, RIMM may have a head and shoulder forming.

I was only able to spot it because of the Chikou Span in Ichimoku.

As we can see from the Chikou Span, there is a chance that the head and shoulder will form.

And if that forms, the way for RIMM is down.

Note:

At time of posting, head and shoulder is not confirmed yet.

Research in Motion (RIMM) plans to launch a tablet computer in November to compete with Apple's (AAPL) iPad, Bloomberg reports, citing two people familiar with the company's plans. The tablet is said be called Blackpad and will work closely with RIMM's Blackberry smartphones.

Have to observe how the market is cheering those 'new product announcements' news.

We just have to recall PALM's incredible rise from the ashes (and Palm is not even earning money)

I won't invest in RIMM but I may play the M&A game on RIMM..

I won't short it either becos I think some bugger will buy it

Today’s objective for the short is very simple.

Make RIMM break below 52.90 which is where the Tenkan sen.

Target is to go to 48.
