Two kinds of smooth gelatin -- in e Red, Blue & White Parfaits
e red currant & panna cotta, which is made with cream -- are topped with currants & blueberries (my favorite).

seeing san mei mei's avatar....makes me crave for cheese cakes.... recently, tried the cake and ice cream shop at dempsey (cant remember the shop's name)...it's just opposite Jumbo Seafood...

crowded man...and pricey....but dont take it from me...anything more than 70cents kopi-o is expensive to me...

but i must say, their cheese cake is not bad..not damn solidly good, but ok...my only complain is that they actually have a thin layer of foam cake...cheapo buggers...lesser cheese overall ..

K - I like the cheese cake from Cheesecake Factory in the US best. Yummy!!!

In Singapore, I like the ones from Gelare. Starbucks serve OK Cheese cakes..

mm : they sell bud light, which is like our "snake" water...gaseous and that's about it... they serve coffee that tastes the end product of a 3rd time coffee bags rinsed with hot water...blend.... but they serve full body cheese cakes...wow... that's america...a whole generation of oxymorons
