Research In Motion Limited to Acquire QNX Software Unit From Harman International

Harman International and Research In Motion Limited announced that the two companies have reached an agreement for Research In Motion Limited to acquire QNX Software Systems. The deal is anticipated to close within 35-45 days. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
