English Name: The flawless Robot Boyfriend
Surprisingly, the drama is adapted from the Japanese Manga. Instead of the high school environment, the plot sets the scene going in a branded confectionary company with evolving PMEBs and the heritage story behind the "grandpa" cream puffs. The plot is condensed into 11 episodes, but you can follow through its special 6 parts [for the return of "Knight"].
Do know that there are various versions [in the re-makes - year 2010], taiwanese ver. will feature Jolin and Wu Zun while the korean ver. will be protrayed by "My Sassy Girl" Jun Ji Hyun.
There are clips whereby you have a glimpse of how the "Robot" identified people by scanning them into his system ... i think, the japanese version has done well in this aspect - realistic images - reminds you of how Terminator 1 and 2 were filmed ...

Not to mention, Knight Tenjou is so cool; great hairstyling (using P&G products) + Levi's signature jeans tight fitting!

Finished the dvd set of Zettai Kareshi (Knight Tenjou).
Episodes 8 and 11 are the most enticing.
Perhaps, Japanese dramas have a heart-stringed element, so stand by your tissue wipes.
At the last episode 11, the art direction of the drama was brillantly done. One did not get to see the actual "death" of the robot, but a pre-recorded chip [memories] of how he had lived his best moments for her.
And the male humanoid robot was simply too adoring ...

Well, he was "resurrected" in the Special 6 Parts 1.5 hours Drama Zettai Kareshi filmed and released in Feb this year.
Brought back the same cast, same direction, same scene, same set of clothes (his closet) - except that he was seen with a winter wear and overcoat.
As for his girlfriend and lover, Rikko, she was more matured and this was evident in her executive wear too. [3 years have past since then].
This time, the drama emotionally touched on Life changes vs. Death partings.
What have we left behind for our loved ones to remember us? What have changed since 3 years ago?
At this moment, you know that Rikko and Tenko were back in the [same] space 3 years ago if both had a choice ... ...
In the end, Tenko decided to self-destruct himself for Rikko's happiness.
Great acting, and closure.
