I m afraid of heights and I m not fit enough, so i share give this a miss. I did buggy jump in NZ though thinking that it will help me to conquer the fear of heights, but it did not help!

You mean bungy jump right? Else buggy jump very courageous - cheong the whole buggy car down a vertical.
