If you happened to be in KL, I would strongly recommend you to go up to the Petronas Twin Tower.
You can buy the ticket at the Basement ( Lower Ground ) of the tower.
Try to go there early in the morning to buy the tickets. In our case, we were there at 11am and managed to only get tickets for 7.15pm.
The tour will bring you to the Skybridge. It's on the 41st Floor. After about 15 minutes there, they would then bring you to the top at Level 86.

As we have plenty of time to kill, we walked around Suria KLCC. It's a very nice mall. Thereafter, we walked around the KLCC Park outside.
We tried to go to the Aquaria but the line up was very long.
We ended up going to the Trader's Hotel and having a drink at their Skybar, Level 33.
The Trader's Hotel is directly opposite the Petronas Twin Towers and the Skybar has a very nice view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The cost of drinks are quite steep there but their daily specials are more reasonable.

The last time I was at this place, was when I was 10 years old ..
And if you are going to this place, you can now take a Train right to it's doorsteps ..

Budget Traveling in Europe
When traveling around Europe with the Eurorail pass, remember traveling at night can save you the expense of a hotel room.
Many trains traveling at night also have a car that has beds for this specific reason.
Buying a ticket for the sleeper car is alot less expensive than a hostel or a hotel room.
Plus, when you wake up you will be in a new city or country not having wasted a day.
