Hi tonylim,

I just noticed that there are free Ocean Park passes through the zuji website advertized in the forum on the top left hand corner.

You may want to check out that website.

Take care,
Winston

Boredom Strikes! 04 (Sep 10 - May 11)

Postby millionairemind » Thu Jun 02, 2011 9:53 am

I brought the family to Taipei and Hong Kong for vacation the last week.

I never paid much attention to the MRT lines in Taipei until this trip. I was impressed with the service frequency both in TPE and HK during the peak hours...

What is even more impressive in TPE (not HK) is that the q the ppe. formed to get into the train station. They allow all passengers to alight first before they move in (as is practiced in Tokyo).. unlike in Singapore....

On all the train trips, I observed that 10 out of 10 times, when an elderly person or a person who needs the disabled seats come aboard the train, the ppe. automatically give up their seats to them.. unlike in Singapore...

This what we do in Singapore...

And HK is now over-run by mainland Chinese...

80% of the people visiting Ocean Park are from the mainland..
