by the way, in case, you all are wondering how our Moderator, Winston, is almost instantly notified when we have a new member, and hence is very prompt in punching out a welcome note...
this is the reason :
he has a pager, and it is linked to member count in Huatopedia, which is powered by the latest supercomputing power...we cannot state the brand of the machine(no advertising at all of any kinds in this forum), which beeps him whenever a new member joins us.
