Honestly, I didn't know what a Blackberry was until I saw Obama with one. And i thought it wasn't a cool thing to have. I move ard Starbucks downtown a pretty lot and Apple rule the turf amongst the corporates here.

dear L 8-)

indeed, it isnt that cool seen with a blackberry anymore...it's a "has been" equipment... as a corporate email tool, it was very useful 7-10 years ago...

profitaker, great writeup... nokia's purchase of intellisync was a bad move...intellisync's presentation is not up to par... when compared to good technology solution, intellisync looks "DOS-like"... but unfortunately, moto is not leveraging off good techology

Because their share price is lower than NOK; and both NOK and MOT is below 10. No meat.

BlackBerry Said to Face Possible Ban in India Over Security Considerations

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-07-2 ... tions.html

Research In Motion Ltd.’s BlackBerry service may be banned in India unless the Canadian company agrees to resolve security concerns, according to a government official with direct knowledge of the matter.

India has told Research In Motion to set up a proxy server in the country to enable security agencies to monitor e-mail traffic, according to three government officials, who declined to be identified as the information is confidential.

....

If they allow it, how are they going to answer to corporate customers from other countries travelling in India??
