Congressman's Money

A thief stuck a pistol in a man's ribs and said, "Give me your money."

The gentleman, shocked by the sudden attack, said "You cannot do this, I'm a United States congressman!"

The thief said, "In that case, give me my money!"

No pictures to contribute but the oil crises too a turn.. shell petrol station at bukit timah near to Eng Neo offers free petrol:

There was a sign that says TODAY 4 PM FREE WATER; TOMORROW 4 PM FREE PETROL.

There was a long traffic jam at bukit timah at 4 pm this afternoon. Those who saw the sign yesterday came for free petrol. The pump attendant rightly pointed to the sign that says TODAY FREE WATER ... wait for tomorrow..

Moral of the story... tomorrow will never come, it is today that counts!

That's a good one.

No free lunch still applies and especially so if it is a precious commodity.
