What would the IBM (International Big Mouth) say about this. Can intervene or not? As long as China is concerned, IBM say cannot intervene in the Yuan.

May have to be a bit patient and let them spend their bullets first.
When the vultures decide to feed, it can go pass 0.8 in a very short time.
