No, I've not seen any reports on SPC.
And they did not say how they arrive at US$30 - US$40 oil.
They did say wave count. Elliot Wave bah. Maybe they counted to Wave 9. Very sophisticated TA tool ..

oh please....TA tools are never complicated...these folks are just high pedestalling themselves with mumbo jumbo...so others give them money to trade or believe their reports....

President Bush To Lift Executive Ban On Offshore Drilling

(RTTNews) - President George W. Bush will announce Monday that he will break decades of precedent and lift the executive ban on offshore drilling, although drilling is dependent on approval from Congress. The President will outline the plan in a speech later today in a statement in the Rose Garden, according to White House press secretary Dana Perino.
Offshore drilling has been banned by both Congress and an executive order signed by President Bush's father, former President George H.W. Bush in 1990. However, tensions in the Middle East and other factors have resulted in supply disruptions in a period of record-high oil prices. In an effort to alleviate the strain on the U.S. economy, President Bush has urged Congress to lift the prohibition on offshore drilling before he lifted the executive ban. However, Congress made no move to do so, and the White House blamed Democrats in control for inaction.

i think u know the COT is really showing upside potential.... except equities looking like wana jump...so, i think, wait better...stay side and watch for a while more...safer
