Singapore - Floods & Droughts 01 (Jun 11 - Dec 11)

Along Bt Timah... there are some who lives a little bit higher than others.

In other words, not all of Bt Timah are created the same.

Bt Timah is also a fairly long stretch of road; there is also a question of which part of Bt. Timah.

The best way to answer this question is to drive in and take a look at the houses within. The key words is 'look at the house' not the apartment.

Ask yourself if you can find such houses in other parts of SG.

Another point to add to the above is schools. All the 'Ah Beng, Ah Lian' schools have been relocated out of Bt. Timah.

eg. Dunearn Secondary is not along Dunearn Road. Whitley Secondary is not along Whitley Road. In place of them are the various 'prestigious' schools.. Makes you wonder why?

Why is Dunearn not at Dunearn?
1. Always wait for the setup. NO SETUP; NO TRADE

2. The trend will END but I don't know WHEN.

Maybe those companies who managed to clinch PUB contracts in the past.

Rather surprised Wisma Atria was not affected at all.
