Sep Global Semiconductor Sales Rise 1.9% MoM, Up 7th Consecutive MthThe US Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) released data showing that global semiconductor sales in September increased by 1.9% MoM to US$44.89 billion, for the seventh consecutive month of monthly growth.
On a YoY basis, sales fell by 4.5%, but the rate of decline narrowed MoM.
The data is consolidated by the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS), a grouping of major semiconductor manufacturers, and is released by the SIA.
