I also cannot tell. I just hope to be able to sense when commodity funds start shifting into financials.

If you look at the multi year chart from 1992 to now, there's a gap somewhere between 11 to 13 in period of 1993 to 1996. Technically, current level is quite a good entry level as it's sitting very nicely on support line linking the low of 1990, 1994 and now. ;)
But with such weak market sentiment the support line might not hold so you just might want to consider buying near 11 after the gap is closed. :lol:
