Not vested

United Overseas Land ST: the RSI is overbought <UTOS.SI>

Click here to see our chart:
http://www.tradingcentral.com/chart/UOL ... 021609.gif

Our pivot point stands at 4.24.

Our preference: the upside prevails as long as 4.24 is support.

Alternative scenario: below 4.24, expect 4.17 and 4.12.

Comment: the RSI is above 70. It could mean either that the stock is in a lasting uptrend or just overbought and therefore bound to correct (look for bearish divergence in this case). The MACD is positive and above its signalline.

The configuration is positive. Moreover, the stock is above its 20 and 50 day MA (standing respectively at 4.16 and 4.04). United Overseas Land is currently trading near its 52 week high reached at 4.36 on 24/09/10.

Supports and resistances: 4.54 *4.5 **4.45 4.36 last 4.27 4.24 **4.17 *

UOL will be launching their Spottieswood Park condos in the last quarter. Shrewd Wee bought those 3 en-bloc sites b4 the KTM railway issue was resolved this year.

Sometimes you wonder if Wee, being so high up in the social economic circle, has connections that pointed him to this potential resolution this year. :)
